Installation
xOur products are completely disassembled and installation is the responsibility of our customers. Everything you need for installation is included in the product packages. You can easily install with a Phillips screwdriver. Minifix and dowel are preferred as the connection system. For an easier installation, you can easily find the location of the connection accessories thanks to the numbers on all parts. Cleaning and Maintenance
xIt can be easily cleaned with a soft, dry or damp cloth (with water or soapy water). Our products are resistant to moisture and steam; you can use them with peace of mind in wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, etc.
Delivery
xDelivery will be shipped free of charge by us within 1-5 business days after your order is entered into the system. For a damage-free and trouble-free delivery process, our products are packaged with the most accurate methods and delivered to you. In the packaging of our products prepared as disassembled in our factory, cardboard material called honeycomb panel is used, which is cut in 11 mm thickness on the bottom and top surfaces and 18 mm thickness on the side surfaces to protect the products. In order to prevent the deformation of the product corners, packaging is done using 2 cm thick foam and 4 mm thick cardboard corner protector. 5-layer corrugated cardboard is used in the outer box packaging. Thus, even the most delicate products can be transported safely. All cardboards are 100% recyclable. Cargo companies bring and deliver all products weighing up to 0-30 Kg/desi to your door. Products over 30 Kg/desi are delivered from the building door according to the rules determined by the cargo companies. When you purchase a product weighing over 30 kg and encounter a situation where delivery is not made to your door, the cargo company that brings the product to your address will be the one you need to contact.

After Sales Service
xIn order for the products you purchase to be delivered to you without any damage, packaging is carried out using filling materials in accordance with internationally accepted standards. However, in rare cases, some parts of the product may be damaged such as crushing and cracking during the cargo transportation process. If you send us the numbers of the damaged parts by looking at the assembly diagram of the product and their visuals, the new parts will be sent to you by cargo. All of our production processes are carried out with computer-controlled machines. In addition, products are checked by our experienced staff during production and packaging to prevent possible problems. Despite this, production errors may occur, albeit at very low rates. In the event of any production error in the product sent to you, if you inform us with the visual of the faulty part, we will detect the damage and send a new part/parts if the problem can be solved by replacing the part.

xIf you want to return the product you purchased, please contact us and specify the reason for your return. You can return it if the return conditions are met. Our experienced staff will inform you about the return process. When the return is approved, if you contact the cargo company, collection is provided at your door.
