All sinks available for sale are made of ceramic.
6 – Are the products made of MDF or chipboard?
Some of our products are made of first-quality MDFLam, while others use first-quality laminated chipboard. These materials are resistant to moisture and water, ensuring long-lasting use. You can view material details either in the product images or in the product description section.
7 – Is the faucet included in the product?
Except for the sink, no other accessories shown in the product images are included in the product. (e.g., faucets, drain pipes, etc.)

9 – I want to mix and match with different products. Are the wood tones the same?
Our products use a single wood tone color. You can easily mix and match with any product you choose.

The shelves are movable and can be adjusted to your desired height according to your needs.

12 – My washing machine and dryer cabinet is wobbling, what should I do?
First, decide where you will position the product you purchased. Before securing it to the wall, use a spirit level to adjust the adjustable legs included in the package we sent, and ensure stability by checking for wobbling based on the floor. After completing the necessary adjustments, you need to mount the cabinet to the wall using the L brackets provided with the product, as described in the installation manual. Once all these steps are completed, the wobbling issue will be resolved.
13 – Are the products shipped as flat-pack (unassembled)?
Our products are shipped unassembled. Assembly is the responsibility of the customer. Each package is carefully packed.
14 – Do you offer installation service? Is assembling the products difficult?
Our company does not provide installation service. An installation manual is included in the product packages. The assembly steps are explained in detail with bullet points and visuals. You can easily complete the installation using basic hand tools (such as a Phillips screwdriver, hammer, etc.).

If your return is approved, you can contact the same shipping branch that delivered your product, and they can collect the return package from your doorstep. Alternatively, you may take the product to the shipping branch yourself within the return window if you prefer.
22 – Do you offer custom-sized production?
Our factory carries out mass production in standard sizes. Custom production is not available. However, if you are planning a bulk order, please contact us.

Yes, we are the manufacturer. All of our products are produced, packaged, and shipped by us from our factory located in Mustafakemalpaşa/Bursa.

Assembly
Our products are completely flat-packed and assembly is the responsibility of the customer. Everything you need for assembly is included in the product packages. You can easily assemble the product using a Phillips screwdriver. The preferred connection systems are minifix and dowel. For easier assembly, all parts are numbered so you can easily identify where the connectors go. Cleaning and Maintenance
It can be easily cleaned with a soft, dry, or damp cloth (with water or soapy water). Our products are resistant to moisture and steam, making them perfectly suitable for use in wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, etc.
Delivery
Once your order is processed in the system, it will be shipped free of charge within 1–5 business days. To ensure a damage-free and smooth delivery process, our products are carefully packaged using proper methods before being dispatched. The flat-packed products prepared in our factory are packaged with protective materials: 11 mm thick panels for the top and bottom surfaces, 18 mm thick corrugated honeycomb cardboard panels for the sides.
To prevent deformation of the product corners, 2 cm thick foam and 4 mm thick cardboard corner protectors are used. For external box packaging, 5-layer corrugated cardboard is used to ensure even delicate items are transported safely. All cardboard materials are 100% recyclable.
Shipping companies deliver all items up to 30 kg/volume directly to your door. Products over 30 kg/volume are delivered to the building entrance according to the policies of the shipping companies. If your product weighs over 30 kg and is not delivered to your door as expected, please contact the shipping company that delivered your order.
Custom Sizes

After-Sales Service
To ensure that the products you purchase reach you without any damage, they are packaged using internationally approved, high-standard protective materials. However, in rare cases, some parts of the product may suffer damage such as dents or cracks during shipping. If you notify us of the damaged parts by referencing their numbers on the assembly guide and providing a photo, we will ship replacement parts to you free of charge.
All our production processes are carried out with computer-controlled machinery. During production and packaging, experienced personnel inspect the products to prevent any issues. Although production defects are very rare, if you notice a defect, please inform us with a photo of the defective part. We will assess the issue, and if confirmed, we will send the necessary replacement part(s) free of charge to resolve the problem.
Returns
If you wish to return a product you purchased, please contact us and specify the reason for the return. If the return conditions are met, you may proceed with the return. Our experienced staff will inform you about the return process. Once your return is approved, and you contact the relevant shipping company, the item can be collected from your address.

xOur products are completely disassembled and installation is the responsibility of our customers. Everything you need for installation is included in the product packages. You can easily install with a Phillips screwdriver. Minifix and dowel are preferred as the connection system. In addition, products are checked by our experienced staff during production and packaging to prevent possible problems. Despite this, production errors may occur, albeit at very low rates. In the event of any production error in the product sent to you, if you inform us with the visual of the faulty part, we will detect the damage and send a new part/parts if the problem can be solved by replacing the part.
